Wish we could afford to replace all of our broiler and hen feeders with these with the top hats, just wish the top hats were more economical. But love them and well worth their price...

This feeder is wonderful. We have 8 chickens and go through way less feed than with our previous feeder. The feed flows pretty nicely, although I do give it a little pick up and spin every few days just to make sure everything is moving. I use layer pellets and scratch grains mixed. So far no problems. The feed stays clean and dry and is at a good height for all the chickens. The rounded top keeps them from sitting on top and pooping on it. Very nice!

This is a very good feeder and I like it a lot. The only negative is that it doesn't work well with pellets, even mini pellets. They get stuck in the openings and I have to constantly force the pellets through the openings. I would recommend this feeder only for crumbles.

Using this feeder with our meat chickens. Legs make feeder very stable and perfect height for access. Has reduced feed waste. Fits our need perfectly with a quality product.

Good inexpensive feeder. Holds a lot of feed and the legs are a great addition. This feeder could use a handle but won't be hard to add one. It is built out of thick tough plastic that don't break like some of the ones you get from the box stores.
