ElectroFence® Gates
48" ElectroFence Gates allow for quick access in or out of the paddock. Simply lift the handle, remove the post from the dock and go on through. For a shorter gate, look to 35" ElectroNet gates.
This a complete gate that can be added to the ends of existing nets (or between permanent fences) and electrified. Gate post locks in place via a handle and docking station. Stainless steel clips at each end of the gate provide electrical connections to netting. Gate's drivable posts can be used in hard soils.
Same mesh spacings as ElectroFence but with tighter verticals, 6" instead of 12".
Available as a 7.5 ft walk-through or a 21.5 ft for vehicles and whole flocks.

Benefits
Keeps in or stops: sheep, goats, cattle, coyotes, foxes and bear.
Two more conductive strands than ElectroNet Gates—better for semi-permanent and perimeter fences, or for fences with high predator pressure.
Drivable posts—can be inserted into hard soils with the help of a mallet or dead blow hammer.
Installation
If the gate is to be used in the middle of a fence line, and power needs to be carried across, simply use a PowerLink to carry the power over to the continuing section of fence.
Precautions
Use only with a low or wide impedance intermittent pulse energizer. Warning! Do NOT use continuous output energizers with electric netting due to risk of fire. (Fi-Shock™ brand energizers which are sold as low impedance, continuous current output should NOT be used with electric netting.) All energizers sold on Premier's website use an intermittent pulse and are suitable for use with electric netting.
Dry conditions and wintertime usage may reduce the effectiveness of electric fencing.
Dry or frozen ground many cause the NetPost spikes to bend or break if inserted with force. Pilot holes may be needed.

Excellent tool for getting in and out of fenced areas.

I did not originally plan to buy this gate, but did so because it's length allowed me to pair it with fencing kit to get exactly the total length I needed. That aside, I'm glad I bought it! Setup was a breeze, and the gate makes it easier to enter/leave the garden with a tiller, hand tools, water cans, etc. My only gripe — and it's a small one — is that I could not get a gate with the same size weave as my net fencing. I fear that makes the gate a more likely entry point for smaller animals, but so far, the critters don't appear to have figured that out!

Easy to use. Great solution until I put in a more permanent gate.

I included a review of this on the fence roll I bought, but I'll say it is a great idea and solves the problem of being able to move animals around. It comes with pieces to install and anchor it to the ground. The post in the stand can be a little tricky to get it just right, but it works. The only downside is that there is no way to prop the gate open while you complete your chore. There is very little I do that requires one hand. I find it less stressful to turn off the power when I need to open the gate rather than risk a mighty zap. Definitely recommend it if you need an opening in the fence line.

I'd like to give this 5 because it is really a great little fence. The only problem is working the handle one handed. It tends to want to lift the peg/post out as well and sometimes when you're transferring obstinate animals it's a smidge frustrating.
