How To Use
Installation:
- Determine the installation height. Adjust the suspension height to match the average withers height of the animals. The top edge of the brush roller should be approximately 4 to 7-3/4" inches above this height. Be sure to determine the correct suspension height before drilling any mounting holes.
- Mount the suspension arm at the determined height.
- Attach the spring to the suspension arm using the spring plate and round-head screws.
- Attach the brush holder to the spring using the second spring plate and round-head screws.
- Attach the brush to the holder using the hex bolt, washer, and spring ring.
- Ensure all fasteners are securely tightened before use.
Precautions
- Ensure the unit is securely fastened at all times during installation to prevent falling or tipping, which could cause serious injury or death.
- NEVER reach into the spring mechanism while assembling the brush.
- Due to the risk of severe “brush burns”, this product is NOT recommended for use with goats or pigs.
