If the milk flow seems too slow, take a Pocket Scalpel (or other sharp knife) and enlarge the “X” slit in the end of the teat. Be careful! Do NOT cut the end too large or the milk will constantly leak out.
Cannot be used on soda pop bottles.
Do NOT leave empty bottles or bucket feeders in the orphan pen. Lambs and kids will chew on nipples (in an attempt to feed) and damage the teats. A habit that is not easily reversed.

Great nipple for use with “teat buckets”. I use with older lambs. Must watch for wear, as they get thinner and spring a leak, need to be replaced immediately. Had one bitten off at the end and lost the whole bucket of milk onto the ground! Bummer! Also, need to ensure that the x opening is functional, without being cut or stretched further.

The nipples either leak or don't let milk flow. I've used these for 4 years now and every year I hope that Premier can make better ones and every year they're still not good. The red ones are even more useless as they animals hate the rubber and just shred them. I'll keep using them unhappily as I can't find anything better at the moment.

Love these! The kids adapt well to them! Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is they only last a season.

These nipples are good for 1-2 week old kids but older ones will pull them out of the fixture.

Great for new lambs. I’ve been able to use them with the 3 teat bucket with 2 day old lambs. Makes life much easier.
