Bueno, bonito y barato. (Good, nice and cheap.)

Disappointing decline in quality. These troughs used to be great, but the two I just received were lighter and a little flimsy. One is just OK, the other is slightly twisted so the wire top will not stay on at all.

Its a basic trough feeder, which is what I was looking for. The grill is not hinged like the heavy duty ones I grew up with. It’s lightweight all around, and the grill pops off constantly, so the chickens just walk in it and dump it over. If the grill stayed on firmly, it would be a decent feeder. I wish I could find the large capacity old trough feeders with the hinged grill. Those were the best.

Best feeder I’ve ever used. Haven’t had any of the problems that are listed in some of the other reviews. I’m building out my homesteading business and focusing mainly on poultry. I’ll probably be buying more of these. Very easy to use and clean. My 15 big broiler birds use one with no problems. They don’t knock it over, perch on it, or poop in it. If you have more than 15–17 large birds I’d recommend buying a 2nd one, but it is very much worth it in my opinion. I rarely leave reviews, but this is an easy 5 stars.
