When our shearing day was cancelled due to COVID, my sheep and I were on our own — particularly so since my usual helpers are also unavailable. Given the circumstances I decided the mini hand shears were the safest way to start. It was a good choice. Once I got the knack of it, they are fairly easy to use. My Shetlands don't mind them. In fact some line up and vie with each other for their turns.

The shears are great. However the sharpening department didn't sharpen nor align my box of shears I sent in. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't refund, and wanted me to send them back in to take a look at them. I had my teenage helper who never has had experience aligning and sharpening, do so...and they worked great

Love the product. It works really well for the face and everything else.

These shears are excellent. I have no access to electricity near my sheep, so I have always used hand shears. The larger shears have always given me trouble, but these fit my hand perfectly and were extremely sharp and easy to use. They are very well made. Yes, I shear the whole sheep with them!
