Got two. One cracked at the seam after the second time I used it. Now it will bend when you put any pressure on it. Not a very hard fiberglass. More like a hard piece of black plastic pipe.

Very nice well made shepherd’s crook. Lightweight and easy to handle. I used it today as my Romney lamb decided to run through the gate! I was able to get her around the neck without hurting her and get her back where she belongs. I am very happy with this purchase and grateful to have it!

Perfect for smaller sheep and lambs. Lightweight with enough strength for guidance and normal control. Very pleased with this shepherd’s crook for my flock.

Nice and light, but terrible construction. Broke mine within the first couple uses. Works ok for lambs, don’t recommend using for large ewes.

I would like to acknowledge the previous reviews regarding the crook coming off the shaft. I too experienced this. Before you buy this product make sure to ask Premier if they’ve changed the design.
