Product Details
Used for watering poultry, including waterfowl. Waterer stands up and out of the bedding to reduce soiling.
- Has three legs to stand up and out of the bedding to reduce soiling of water tray. Legs elevate waterer 5".
- Simple design that's easy to clean and refill. To fill remove red lid and add water. Ideally refill with a hose because it's heavy to carry when filled to the top.
- Worked both indoors and outdoors.

Note: The exact number of birds to water is difficult to determine as there are many factors that influence intake; salt and protein levels in the diet, humidity, temperature, productivity (growth or egg production) and the birds ability to process feed and water.
How To Use
- Remove lid
- Add water
- Refill with hose or bucket
- Place waterer on a level surface for proper function
Cleaning: We suggest periodically dismantling and cleaning the unit to prevent hard water and algae build up from obstructing the float system.

I like this water dispenser—but it does have to be level—and you can’t twist the base while setting it up. I got 4, it’s a bit tricky to not have the water slowly leak out, but it could be operator error. I’m getting better at using them—best to look at the YouTube video while putting it together.

Frustrating! As others have said, they leak. You fill the bucket, and a few hours later all the water is gone. Called and spoke to a rep who indicated they put them together and there's no issue. If that's the case, then they should put them together, test them, then send to the customer. Instructions are a joke. I really like the idea of this, big trough or wide trough, easy to fill. I've broken several waterers because dirt gets in the grooves and you can't unscrew or slide in the notches. Then, mailing is too expensive. If you want to return it at the same rate, you are out $6–10, so you're stuck with a unit not working. It's very disappointing for the cost. I'll never purchase here again.

These are neat little water buckets, it's too bad they leak! And I'm not new to doing assembly on watering systems I've got 50 buckets that are similar from another company and it's a straightforward assembly, but this doggone thing was near Impossible to decipher instructions that are incomplete and do not show you actual assembly profiles , they were terrible. And I do not know what was up with that little blue valve that you pop in the hole like that for the water controls it would fall out when you're trying to assemble the dog on thing they should have come up with a better way to do that instead of The Balancing Act! Now I did call the company and the lady on the phone was super helpful very sweet she took her time and walked me through the process we got a couple good Chuckles out of some of the weirdness of the instructions, but it got done however once I fill them fully up and sat them there they began leaking within an hour and once I realized because these are European made everything is backwards literally, so thinking that those little rubber rings are to stop the water from the inside of the bucket was incorrect, you literally have to put them under the nut on the outside bottom of the bucket but they still leaked if you put more than a gallon in it it's going to leak it's kind of outrageous to get up in the morning and have 3 gallons of water pouring all over the inside of your chick brooder and 50 soggy chicks to boot , I wasted 3 bales of shavings trying to make these things work! I wouldn't recommend them unless you plan on putting a plastic catch pan underneath the bottom of it because you'll be cleaning soggy nasty coops up daily if you don't. Also since you can only put about a gallon of water in these you might as well be using gallon jugs, I was so hopeful that I had found a really useful watering unit, in defense of this product I did manage to get one to stop leaking all 3 gals out that was probably just pure luck because all three of them have been leaking up to this point. If somebody has found out a solution on how to stop these things from leaking I would surely appreciate it such a shame!

This is a perfect waterer for me. I can carry it from the hydrant, it is stable with a wide base, and it is easy to fill and clean. Assembly took me a bit as the instructions are all pictures, but I was able to get it.

I was looking at other waterers before purchasing this one. I wasted my time. This is a SOLID part of our coop! It is high enough that the ladies won’t get it too soiled, and the 3 gallon capacity provides enough weight to hold it in place. The unit did leak a bit on the first run, but tightening the nuts fixed it. You won’t be disappointed!
