QuikClean Chick Brooder
Brood chicks up to 5–6 weeks of age. Chicks have freedom of movement within the secure brooder to move closer (or away from) their heat source, which can be either a heat lamp or heating plate. Slotted, wire floor allows feces to fall through to a removable collection tray.
- Hinged lid opens for easy access
- Quick, simple clean-up using the catch-all tray
- Keep your chicks warm using a heat lamp or a heating plate (up to 12" x 12")
- Keep chicks contained and protected from predators, even during their “flappy” stage
- Included heat lamp support provides 31-1/2" of clearance and can swivel when opening lid
All-in-one QuikClean Chick Brooder Kit arrives with the needed items to simplify your chick rearing. (Learn more below.)

The poop tray does not fit the product. When I asked about it they said it’s supposed to be that way. Chicken poop goes everywhere underneath the product. Do not purchase unless you want to clean underneath the brooder daily.

Overall these were simple to put together, but not all of the hardware was in the box for one of the two I bought. They are much smaller than I expected, and now are both sitting in my garage while I figure out what to do with them.

Well made chick brooder. Good material, easy to use and clean. Was a little concerned about holding temperature but isn’t an issue. I did lengthen the legs but that’s a personal preference.

Great product! Easy to clean and is great for my baby chickens.

This is a pretty good product and I am glad I bought it. I would like to see a few changes though.
I think there needs to be a bit more support in the middle because if you try to pick up the whole thing by holing the middle it can bend…you have to pick it up from the outside.
Additionally, I would like the see taller sides. The rule is to keep chicks in the brooder until they are 6 weeks old but 5–6 week old chicks are almost as tall as the box. When you open the lid to change the water or food, they tend to jump out. I would LOVE to see some fold-up legs that lock in place…similar to a fold up table. This way I can clean up the unit and store it when it is not in use!
