One star because it’s not what I ordered. Nice looking and sounding bell, but not the type bell I wanted.

I have been searching for a clapper to replace a lost one forever. Your company is such an answer to many hard to find hardware items. The clapper is perfect and thank you for your many fine products. I highly recommend everyone to use your website.
