for a larger flock i would recommend a better tool as in an auto drencher, but for the small flock or the sick animal that needs a drench, its a lot easier then hooking up an auto drencher for 1 or 2 critters.

Performs quite well, especially in relation to its price. It does have a few downfalls, however. The tip is somewhat sensitive, and may break at the base if exposed to enough force from the sheep while drenching. I have rethreaded the base once in order to repair it, and it has worked flawlessly since. The clear gasket retained by the plunger has quite loose tolerances, and will fold past the recess it is in unless it is inserted in the syringe in a specific way. It also has a marginal leak at the tip, but this causes no problem if you invert the syringe until use. And only apply moderate torque to the cap, mine has already cracked mildly. In total, I have used this on at least 250 head and it is still functioning.

I was very disappointed with this drencher. I bought several from Premier quite a few years ago that worked great. This drencher leaked and was longer and skinnier making it more difficult to use. I ended up taking the tip off this syringe and using it on the old drencher syringe (the tip had broken on those). Not as good as previous product.

This is a great product. I have used it to give colostrum to lambs and it makes worming easy.

I have to work alone so the ease of not needing to refill a syringe for each animal is great. It's accurate and durable. I can do lambs and ewes all at the same time with just a twist of the dosing screw.
