Post pounders enable uniform downward motion to ensure posts are driven deeply into the ground with minimal damage.

- Slide the driver over the top of a T-post (end without spade)
- Lift and drop the driver to pound the post to the desired height

I haven't used it yet, but I agree with Christina, I won't lose it. I need to put up a fence on my new property, but I will probably wait til Spring when the ground isn't frozen. I love the way it's made with the longer pipe for driving "T" posts, it won't accidentally come off the post during driving. Bob

Lightweight but still does the job. A great pounder for a smaller statured person. The color is great for not misplacing it in the pasture.
