These temperature sensor switches are not the top of the line and are priced just right for what you get. The reliability is approximate and seems to work properly within 15F deg. of the stated specs.
I purchased six and all seem to be working well so far. There were concerns from other buyers that they did not always work…and as with most electronic switches or sensors they either work from the factory or they don’t work. That some people have gotten non-functional switches is not an indicator of quality but of the manufacturers poor quality controls.

This is the second purchase of the Thermocube. The first one stopped working so I hope this one fulfills its function. The concept for a heat lamp and dog bowl is great. I hope this one works.

This is so helpful! It turns on the heat lamp when it is needed. I love how much easier it has made my life, and it is going to save us a lot on electricity.

Nice to have this ThermoCube in the chicken coop. The weather cools off at night and it’s great to know if the temperature drops I don’t have to turn on the heat lamp, the ThermoCube does it for me!
