We purchased the trimming stand and the ramp. We received both packages sooner than I originally thought we would. The stand and ramp are both very sturdy and well made. It is perfect for shearing our sheep. I like the head piece better than the last stand we used. It holds their heads in MUCH more securely!

Trimming stand is easy to use and set up is easy. I wish there was a latch to secure the fold in legs. They tend to swing in and out when it's carried. We use a bungee cord to secure them.

This was a great help with shearing for the first time. It was a good height and help my sheep well. It would have helped to send information on how to firmly set the sheeps head and any tips on how to get them onto the platform with a ramp.

These side rails are a very nice addition to the trimming stand for preventing sheep from drifting off the edges. They would be better if more stable. This factor may be due to their round peg going into the square hole, but the rails are effective and the cost is reasonable.
