I ordered two. Directions are garbage. Video is no help. There is absolutely no way to take it apart if the all knobs don’t go in properly without destroying the cage. It’s very difficult to hammer in the sides and still make sure it’s aligned. Panels were warped. Very poorly designed and fabricated. And Premier 1 was no help in refunding me.

Crates are well built and simple to put together but NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to take apart if you don’t pay attention to the easy to follow instructions! (Just saying...) After transporting birds, it is easy to rinse the crates clean with a garden hose. Very happy with my purchase and will not hesitate to buy these crates in the future if I need more.

These crates are great to fit 5 turkeys inside (weights between 12–18lbs.) We had to drive 2 hours to the processor and they didn’t stress out and they weren’t cramped in there. We loaded them the night before and they had enough air. The temperature got down in the 20’s and they stayed remarkably warm!!! They are easy to load … putting the first one together was slightly challenging, but then after that the other 4 were easy!

Product is nice—when assembled correctly. PDF instructions are unclear and even the person in the video gets it wrong—he doesn’t even notice he has the handles in the inside of the crate, not the outside. Both instructions a for a slightly different crate, so it’s very confusing. Once you get this together, there’s absolutely no way to take it apart without destroying it, no matter what the company may tell you. Put it together loosely first to make sure it’s right, paying attention to the handles on the back and sides, then use a mallet to permanently attach pieces. The first one I made is ruined, and unfortunately the company offered no recourse, so I learned a very expensive mistake. Again, good product, but what a disappointing experience.

The crate is well made and heavy. The video for assembly starts fine, but you must watch it entirely a couple of times first. I followed along, a crucial part was introduced midway! "Oh by the way make sure the ends are facing correctly."
