3-Season Poultry Waterer
Product Details
A top-fill waterer for the whole flock.
It’s an unheated version of our best-in-class Heated Poultry Waterer, but with drinking cups instead of horizontal nipples. Birds can drink deeply (rather than small sips) to stay hydrated on hot days and to dip and cool their wattles.
Key Features:
- 3 gallon capacity
- Translucent basin for at-a-glance water level checks
- Bowl drinkers automatically fill cups. Valve stops water flow once full.
- Secure, interlocking lid with handle for carrying and hanging
- Hinged quick-fill cap is just the right size for a garden hose. Refill without removing the lid!
Issues that have been reported to us:
- Overtightened bowls result in stripped threads
- Defective bowls may overfill
- Bowl attachment is too fragile; rough bumps and jostles from birds affect longevity
Instructions/Diagrams:

I have not been able to get them to quit leaking around the seal where the cups go. And yes I put the seal in the correct location according to the instructions, but you can not tighten them tight enough to keep them from moving and becoming loose when the birds drink from them. I’m going to try silicone around them next but if that doesn’t work, I guess it will just be $100 in the trash. If you don’t mind filling waters up every 12 hours then I guess these will work for you.

I like the amount of water this holds and being able to see the water level through the side. Also a comfortable carry handle you can hang it from. Very nice!

The waterer is well made with a substantial handle to carry, even when full. I like the size and the chickens seemed to understand what it was and how to get a drink. I like the translucent container, it’s easy to see how full the waterer is. My only suggestion would be to have a way to empty the cups even though the storage tank is not empty. Birds get their beaks dirty, then when they drink, the dirt drops into the cups. I tried quickly turning it upside down but the water leaked from the top. Perhaps most people would change the water every day. I only have 9 birds so it’s not necessary. Overall a nice product.

This is a very good product, easy to clean and very easy to use; greater yet the chickens love it!

These are by far the best waterers! My girls love this as well as the nipple drinker version as well. So easy to fill up and clean. The yellow and blue adds a fun color to the chicken run. We love it! Thanks Premier 1 for making another yet amazing product!
