These are quality made collars. Only thing I would change is more colors to choose from.

Designed as a bell collar should be. Doubled, reinforced holes and I think you will be able to use buckle after wearing. Bells are essential to us, this collar appears to be what we need

Very impressed with the quality for this price. Doubled and stitched, riveted holes, an extra keeper for the end, these are as nice as collars that cost four times this much. I wouldn't hesitate to use them on my female livestock guardian dogs that have smaller necks too.
