ElectroNet® Pro 9/35/12 Electric Netting
New! The same proven features as ElectroNet®, but with braided, not twisted, conductive strands. Ideal for daily/weekly moves in brushy terrain or by impatient shepherds.
The “Pro” difference:
- More metal is exposed on the outside of the strand to enable better animal to conductor contact
- The tighter, braided weave results in fewer snags when pulled or carried
Like standard ElectroNet, it’s a prefabricated fence with 9 horizontal strands (8 conductive), is 35" tall installed and has large white plastic vertical struts every 12". White PVC posts are built into the mesh every 12.5 ft.
Which ElectroNet® is right for you?We offer many fences to fit your situation, including multiple lengths with different post spacings, drivable line posts and positive/negative options for dry soils. Visit this link to compare all ElectroNet options.
Unlike twisted conductors, the braiding process creates a tighter weave that resists fraying. When ElectroNet® Pro is carried or pulled through tall, stemmy grass, the strands don't catch as readily.
No extra gates needed. Just turn off the energizer and pull the first post to create an opening. For added convenience, an ElectroNet® Gate can be used to provide easy access without the need to turn the energizer off.
- Best for grazing in tall grass or brushy pastures/fields
- Contain sheep, goats and cattle and keep out predators such as coyotes, dogs and bears

- Effective for beehive protection to keep out livestock and bears
- Strip grazing pastures, orchards, vineyards and stockpiled forages
- As an interim fence until a more permanent fence can be built
- Installing water gaps that work
- Making lanes for moving animals
- Protecting outdoor hay supplies

Warning! Due to risk of fire, do NOT use continuous output energizers with electric netting or electro-plastic conductors such as rope, twine or tape. Use only with a low or wide impedance intermittent pulse energizer. (Fi-Shock™ brand energizers which are sold as low impedance, continuous current output should NOT be used with electric netting.) All energizers sold on Premier’s website use an intermittent pulse and are suitable for use with electric netting.
Dry conditions and wintertime usage may reduce the effectiveness of electric fencing. Ice and heavy snow can flatten netting and thereby damage it.
Dry or frozen ground may cause post spikes to bend or break if inserted with force. Pilot holes may be needed. We recommend using drivable or single spike posts in hard soils. Double spike posts provide more stability when the ground is soft.
Listed below are recommended optional components. Your particular situation may require alternative recommendations. Please call and talk to our fence consultants if there are any questions at 800-282-6631.

We just got this fence for pigs. So far it’s worked perfectly. We love it!

This fencing seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Super durable and malleable across rough, brushy terrain. Easy to install and hook up to the Premier 1 solar charger.

This fence costs more than the last one I bought. (Seems to always work out that way.) It cost 400% more...AND ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY! My biggest problem is that I need more! (Not much of a problem I admit.)
This solves the dilemma of which fence to use if grazing sheep and goats together. Frankly the goats just don’t respect the sheep fencing and I hear them giggle softly as they leap over it and click their hoofs to signal the ‘all clear’ to the other goats. But this fence is higher, holds better charge as the bottom row is not charged so no ground bleed off. The animals stay well clear of this very visible obstacle and I think there is something woven in that makes it last longer!
You MUST buy a good charger. My standard solar charger just doesn’t do the job. I find that 30 joules is a minimum when tying several of these fences together.
In short this is the only fence I recommend for mixed species breeding. It keeps the #@%/! Goats in and keeps the hundreds (several hundreds) of coyotes that haunt our valley out. Since using this fence, extra support corner posts and a high discharge charger I can go get other work done and know that the animals are on the job terminating my vast weed problem.
