Really great concept. We are grateful that we are no longer filling up water every day. Keeps our 17 chickens happy. Easy to put together, works as it is supposed to.

I have a Kubic 13-gallon waterer (the square type tank.) I lost the blue "bullet" which only costs a dollar. The shipping costs $10. So I just went ahead and bought the whole replacement kit. I got the blue "bullet" and the blue "rocket" piece for my waterer. The other pieces in the kit are not for my waterer.

Love the concept, watched the video on assembly, thought I had it right...and the water all ran out...so disappointing. I'm about to go out and try for the third time to get it to work. The float seems to work fine, so I don't think it's improperly assembled (and the assembly video was pretty good). I will see if it's the flow valve...or I'll just stick with the good old double wall metal waterers and get 3 or 4 of them so I don't have to fill water every day.

Great product. Assembly instructions are a little off. There is no part 7. One of the waterer's leaked but was easy to fix.

Reasonably easy to put together but leaked at the beginning. It was a real struggle to pull all the pieces apart but after great help and very nice customer service people I was able to put both waterers together without leaks. My chickens love drinking out of the tray, the lid keeps out dirt and debris, and the large capacity means I don't have to fill them very often.
