How to Use
- Thread needle with tape.
- Clean and push in the prolapse.
- Stitch the lips of the vulva together.
- You can tie off at each stitch or zig zag back and forth like lacing a shoe and tie off at the end.
Shepherd’s Choice® Management TipProper way to suture vulva after vaginal or uterine prolapse. Divide vulva into thirds. Make large box stitch. Start at area where skin and wool meet. Use 3/8" umbilical tape and S-curved needle. Leave enough room for 2 finger width between sutures.
