PoultryNet® 12/42/3 Electric Netting
It's a 42" electrifiable prefabricated fence. It arrives at your door as a complete roll with the posts already built into the mesh/fence.
White vertical plastic strings are "welded" to black and white electro-plastic horizontal strings. They are supported by .6" diameter white plastic PVC posts--which are spaced throughout the netting. Each post has a small, steel spike that is to be inserted into the ground for support.
Just attach a fence energizer and it's ready to keep poultry in and their predators out. One roll (164 ft) weighs only 23 lbs.

Remember...netting must always be properly electrified!
This is a pain barrier, not a physical barrier. If animals are scared or starved it will not keep them in. The first time you put the animals in the net, you should be available to watch them for a while. That way if one were to get into the fence and get caught, you can turn the power off and get them loose.
This net will need extra supports posts. Use them at the corners and ends for sure. Extra posts may be needed elsewhere as well.
Use only with a low or wide impedance intermittent pulse energizer. Warning! Do NOT use continuous output energizers with electric netting due to risk of fire. (Fi-Shock™ brand energizers which are sold as low impedance, continuous current output should NOT be used with electric netting.) All energizers sold on Premier's website use an intermittent pulse and are suitable for use with electric netting.
Dry conditions and wintertime usage may reduce the effectiveness of electric fencing.
Dry or frozen ground many cause the NetPost spikes to bend or break if inserted with force. Pilot holes may be needed.
On PoultryNets, the bottom hot wire can slip off of the plastic portion of the end posts down onto the metal spikes. This will cause a dead short and no energy will be on the fence. Unhook the energizer and slide the hot wire back onto the post. Hook energizer back to the net and test.
Listed below are recommended optional components. Your particular situation may require alternative recommendations. Please call and talk to our fence consultants if there are any questions at 800-282-6631.

I like the double-spike because with our hard clay soil I sometimes need to tap the posts in with a rubber mallet. But sometimes the outer spikes bend and twist (hence the four star).
BTW—fence does nothing if your chickens don't respect them (we have a few who like to free-range beyond the fence. This YouTube video shows what occurs when they do that.

Love my poultry net. Does sag in a few places. A few extra poles does the trick. Chicks safe. Easy to set up and move alone but an extra person is nicer. Hope it lasts as long as they say it does as is a little pricey. Worth every penny so far

Got this fence in last Monday and had it installed by Tuesday afternoon. I be using it for a forage yard for our few laying hens. With 164 feet we will be able to partition the new yard into at least 2 areas. Doesn't take them long to learn the fence.

Just got my fence set a week ago. Super easy to set up and works well. My chickens love the room and quickly learned to respect the electric betting. Very satisfied.

We bought the double-spike, 164' fence (Item #207005). The fence unfolds nicely and setup is a breeze. Our land is not completely flat around the paddock, so we are having sagging/grounding issues (2000V at net with a 1.2J energizer pushing), and we have had to supplement with extra posts. The bottom three strands especially seem to want to bulge and flop to ground. Buying again, I would probably pick the Plus version with posts every 6.8 ft instead of every 12 ft, there does not seem to be a 164' version of that netting though, so it would be necessary to buy 2+ Plus fence products. Quality build though.
