Precautions
Important: Lubricate the clipper head! Insufficient lubrication of the clipper head results in overheating of the clipper blades and clipper. This can lead to a reduced durability of clipper and blades, as well as a reduction of the battery runtime.

Warranty
2 year warranty on motor and electronics. Normal wear, abuse (e.g. dropping it) and neglect (e.g. failure to oil frequently enough) are not covered.

If spare parts are used during the life of this product, please ensure they are genuine Heiniger parts. Failure to use genuine Heiniger parts may reduce the performance of this product and will void any warranty claim.

Premier is an authorized Heiniger repair center and offers a professional resharpening service for most blades, combs and cutters.

Excellent in use. We have 4 other clippers but none are equal to this one. Powerful and smooth. Cuts just as you would hope to produce the coat expected. Faster so reduces work effort.

Be clear they have one speed. I am a professional dog stylist and the one speed does not have enough power. I wanted a 2 speed clipper and you did not have to exchange.

Heiniger manufacturers two different small cordless clippers. The single speed SAPHIR (this model) and the two speed OPAL, which is not available at Premier. — Premier

I'm not totally happy with this product as it lacks the power I'm used to and it also heats up quickly when using a blade vs a comb attachment. It is slightly quieter so I will use it on the smaller dogs. Given that I can't get another KM Cordless, I will use it.

Wow is all I can say! This clipper is everything they say it is. I can use it on my Springer Spaniel and my horse without any chugging. It doesn't get hot like other corded or cordless models. Smooth and pretty quiet. It’s speedy but worth every penny!!! Batteries last and charge fast!

I am a dog and cat groomer and the clippers have worked great. I wish the batteries lasted longer. That's the only issue I have.
