Simple rack that enables new lambs and goat kids to self-feed from our Lamb ‘N’ Kid Bottle.
Rack attaches to Premier designed wire panels and holds bottle in place for feeding.
Allows the shepherd to simply drop a bottle into the holder and move on with chores while the orphan feeds. Use multiple bottles and racks if feeding multiple orphans.
- Feeding small groups of orphan lambs or kids
- Supplementing triplet (or more) sets whose dam is slow in letting down milk
- As an attractant to orphan lambs/kids to the creep area
- 9.5"L x 6.5"W x 3.25"H
- Powder-coated steel
How to Use
- Before attaching your bottle rack, make sure the vertical rods of the panel are facing the inside of the pen, otherwise the bottle holder is difficult to hang on the panel.
- Attach the fixed hooks (on the outside of the pen) at the desired feeding height (about teat height on a ewe).
- Connect the hinged hooks two rods above where the fixed hooks are hanging.
- Place bottle, teat end down, into the bottle holder.

Bottle holders work great, can be moved easily and ‘tweaked’ to fit different fence openings. I can stand on one side of the fence and stay clean, while my bottle goats feed (and they think I’m doing all the work.)

These bottle racks did not work at all. They would not stay attached to the panels. I had to attach them using three cable ties. The Premier bottles, would not stay in the racks, so I had to tie them in. I’ve purchased five or six products from Premier over the years, and I have been disappointed with every one of them. I don’t know why I keep shopping here.

They work really well. My only problem is the bottles bounce around because the holders are too big for the bottles that even came with it. I would make it so that it fits the bottles a little bit better. Some babies knock it loose and then the bottle is sideways and they can't eat.

Love this product, saves me so much time from holding bottles in the early mornings before work. A bit tricky to get hung on the fence depending on the style of the fencing you have but can be adjusted to work.

This rack holds the bottle (from Premier) for my bottle lambs very well. I have had to make my own holder for the bottles in the past and hang them on the fence. This is much easier. I have purchased two bottles for each rack so I can leave on on the rack and the other one in the house cleaned. The bottle just slips into the rack and only once a lamb got it out when it was empty. I use Premier fencing and the only problem is if I have the fencing facing the wrong way (they won't hang).
