Combination fence strainer and insulator.
Tension can be adjusted using a 1/2" ratchet (sold separately). 20 tooth spindle for fine tension adjustments.
Works with all electric polyropes, braids, twines and low-tension MaxiShock™ wire up to 0.25" (6mm) in diameter.

Installation
- Secure closed end of the insulator with a P Spring, or directly to the end post.
- Insert low-tension conductor through notched end and through the hole on the spindle.
- Hold tail of the conductor and twist the spindle, using a 1/2" Ratchet Tool.
- Once the tail of conductor is secured, continue tensioning the spindle until desired tension is reached. If using P Spring, it should be half compressed.
- To loosen or remove conductor, pull the spindle to disengage locking teeth and slowly turn to loosen.

Easy to use and tensioned the line nicely in my shorter fence runs.

These work 10x better than the tensioners that are supposed to do the same thing. Buy some! Longevity is yet to be determined, but they appear heavy duty.

These are so much better than the black ones with the twist handle! I installed 5 strands of rope and click-click tightened the P Spring to 50% compression.
