Overly complex and not user friendly. Once we figured it out and got it on the ram, he managed to slip out of it after a couple days and was tripping over himself. I ended up cutting the straps off and started from scratch using the remaining parts to make my own that slips over his head like a bib with one fastner around the belly. Much easier.

Not user friendly and if your animals are huge they don’t fit properly or adjust decent and then there is too much slack.

We purchased this harness to monitor the activity of a new ram with about nine adult ewes. Applied for one day, then removed it when the ram showed signs of limping. We will be applying it again now that his condition has improved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worked great for about week, then came out and the nylon had shredded and buckles had snapped. We don’t have an aggressive buck or herd, so the quality of the product is just sub par.

This harness fits, and works well with my Icelandic ram-lamb teaser, he’s 125 lbs. There is a large length of strap left over for him to grow into. It was easy to put the harness on the lamb while he was standing, no need to set him on his rump. The harness looks complicated but it’s easy to put on if you follow the written instructions. Clip the girth strap first, then clip the shoulder straps and shorten them evenly. The teaser has been wearing the harness with a green crayon for a week and he is marking every ewe that he mounts.
