- Hooked shank (0.23" dia.) goes half-way around inside of nylon ring for added strength

How To Use
- Put bit end of driver tool into chuck of drill and tighten.
- Position driver over the insulator so the ring of insulator fits into cup of driver. Drive insulator completely into the post.
- Thread low-tension conductor through insulator.
- Predrill holes in the wooden post
- Screw insulator completely into the post.
- Thread low-tension conductor through insulator.
Tips
Add a P Spring when terminating to maintain desired tension.

I bought these insulators originally from Premier 1 almost 20 years ago! Almost all of them are still working well. However, over time, if horses blow through a fence or lightning strikes a post, some break or are pulled out of the wood and lost. I bought some from the local farm store, but the slit was too small to fit the electric rope through, so I was happy to buy more from Premier 1!
I also have to add that I bought a solar-powered fence charger from Premier 1 almost 20 years ago, and it is still going strong—with the original battery! Such quality products!
