Life saver! We hadn’t had many problems with mastitis with our meat goats then one group had severe mastitis, including gangrene. Some presenting right away at kidding while others were a week or so post-kidding. We lost does and kids due to our outbreak. Vet recommended VIMCO so we vaccinated our next group to kid and made such a difference: none of our 70 does had mastitis! This is now part of our regular vaccination program.

VIMCO is awesome. We had some high scc cows and this vaccine brought our scc way down.

Great product! I have had some heifers calving in with extremely high scc numbers. This has helped a lot with clearing up mastitis and getting overall scc numbers down. I will be purchasing more and giving it to my whole herd.

If considering purchasing, please realize that it has a VERY short shelf life. Bought mine in February 2022 and it expired only 5 months later.

We used this vaccine last year after my favorite doe had gotten mastitis really bad. We also have a handful of does that every year they get the staph pimples on their udder. I didn’t actually expect to see any results, was just hoping to avoid mastitis. However, last year not one of our does that normally get staph ON the udder, had it. It was so nice not having to treat that. This year we bought another round. We have about 50 head we treat, and we kid at 2 times of the year. The shipping sucks, so we just buy a years worth of the smaller bottles at 1 time.
