30" Wire Panel – DIY Feeders for Goats & Sheep
30" x 48" welded wire feeder panel. Commonly used to build your own single-sided or double-sided hay feeders for goats and sheep. Hot-dip galvanized steel construction.
Can also be used as a trellis for climbing plants, or as a barrier to protect valuable trees from deer and livestock.
- Panel dimensions: 30"W x 48"L
- 1/4" diameter steel rods
- Hole spacings: 3" x 5"
- Bag of (6) barbed 1.6" staples included
All Premier welded wire panels are hot-dip galvanized after all welds are completed. This ensures a heavy zinc coating that resists rusting and extends panel life for years.
How to Use
If your panels are not fitting…If the feeder panels appear too long to fit correctly into your feeder, it may be that your feeder is not square or slightly less than eight feet long.
To fix this problem you can overlap the panels in the center as shown in the photo.

Everything was as promised and delivered at a rapid pace! I followed the enclosed instructions and the feeder works great!

Panels are heavy duty. I made the double feeder shorter than recommended. Using it for lambs works great. Instructions are easy to follow.

Panels are great! Better than the 4x4 farm store panels. Allows ewe to pull out enough hay without waste.

Used for Premier designed feeder. Very well built and no sharp ends to injure the shepherd or sheep. Fit exactly as stated on the plans, and withstands pushing while feeding hay to sheep. Very happy with the sturdiness of panels.

Very good quality. I divided it into two pieces and used each piece as an insert in a standard hay manger. Works great as sheep are not able to pull as much hay out at a time, this cutting down as waste.
