EnduraSoft® 6.0
For permanent electric fences. Has 3 “cables” of twisted polyester strands into which 3 tinned copper and 3 stainless steel filaments are intertwined. Because it is made of polyester, EnduraSoft® 6.0 is soft to the touch and is more resistant to ultraviolet light than even the best polyethylene.
Very good conductivity (32Ω/1000 ft), so it’s suited for any length of fence line and nearly all energizers.

We offer a wide-range of electrifiable ropes, twines and tapes to fit your situation. Visit this link to compare all Premier conductors.Instructions/Diagrams:
Benefits
Adding energized strands to any fence helps protect animals from a fence, and the fence from animals—because they won’t chew or rub against it.
Can be pre-wound onto an EcoReel™ XL.

Installation
- Attach a terminal insulator to an end post.
- Tie end of rope to terminal insulator.
- Unroll rope along the fence line.
- Insert line posts.
- Insert rope in the line posts at the right height(s) for your animals. (See recommendations below.)
- Attach insulators (preferably notched PI 21n) to corner and end posts.
- Tie rope to terminal insulator and spring at far end post. By hand, pull it tight enough to eliminate sagging between posts. Tie off by hand, or use a RopeLink. (Note: If the run of the fence is 1000' or more, use a P Spring at both ends of the fence instead of 1 end.)
- Use a wind-up reel system to rewind and store rope.
- Install and connect a fence energizer to a grounding system. Turn on energizer and confirm voltage is at least 3000V at the end of the fence line.

My parents installed this product about 20 years ago as fencing for my horses on their property. It has held up amazingly well to the wet PNW winters and having countless trees fall on it. I recently replaced the old product with the same thing. After over 20 years, the rope has gotten a bit stiff and green due to being installed in the woods, but is completely intact and still with good conductivity.
The new stuff looks amazing, and having used other electric rope products in the past, I’ve realized this is worth the money. You get what you pay for and the quality of this product is very good. I’m beginning to fence my own property and will be using EnduraSoft with wood posts for a majority of the property.

I have used EnduraSoft for years. This is the third property I have used it on. It works very well. I have only had a horse go through it once in over twenty years. That was because something frightened the horse. There were no injuries to the horse. I love the product!

I love this rope fence. It is so soft yet durable… easy to install. With some other kinds, I always have to wear gloves with. This is so soft, it can easily run through my hands while I’m moving from post to post to install, and it doesn’t hurt or have any sharp points that can happen with other “rope” fences I’ved used. It holds up well in our Illinois weather too.

Easy to install. Hits like a hammer.

If you live in a humid climate where mildew is a problem, EnduraSoft is a poor choice. I chose it because it was supposed to have long life, but the IntelliRope which is supposed to have less than half the life expectancy has far outlasted and outperformed this product. I have had very poor results with this product which quickly turned black wherever it was under trees and “rotted” to point of needing replaced. Inteli IntelliRope has worked great and will continue to be my choice in future.
