Installation
Jostling from jumping hens can loosen screws. Use a threadlocker to prevent this.

Otherwise, hens will lay on the floor where the eggs are likely to be soiled. Encourage chickens, geese and quail to lay eggs in the proper nesting area by placing one ceramic or wooden egg per nest box.

Had to re-drill 3 holes that would not align. The box does not include a back. If would be nice to know before ordering.

The hen box had several defects, the grating was bent (Part #G) so I had to bend back by hand. One of the bolts for panel assembly clashed with the grating while inserting the grating so we had to press pretty hard to get the grating into position.
I had to supply and use my own hardware nuts for the 5/16" bolts for the egg cover (#D) to work as the width of the lid (#D) was greater than (#l) with the nylock nuts at the hinge points where the 5/16" bolts are inserted and connected to (#I). I shaved about 1/16" off each but using my own hardware which was just enough to get the lid (#D) into position on the the 5/16" bolts inserted into (#D).
Another issue was the eggs wouldn't role out under the cross support (#J) as the design has it too low, had to raise and modify myself.
There wasn't enough bolts for all the panels (short by 1). Overall I am very disappointed in your manufacturer!!! There is a gap in quality control, you add a fancy CAD presentation but didn't use any of the features of CAD for clash detection or use the measurements from design in the manufacturing process.
The hard-earned money I spent compared to the amount of modifications is disappointing. Although I am able to fix everything myself I wanted to share the issues so you will fix. This is not a difficult design or product to build but it looks like the manufacturer is cutting corners. Get it together or get a different manufacturer! So based on out of the box I give it 2 star, haven't put it into service yet.

It had a few dings in the box. They are easy to bend until assembly is complete. Fairly easy to assemble... takes about an hour for the first time. Must be careful moving it as it is thin sheet metal. But once in place very sturdy and does a wonderful job of keeping the eggs clean and away from the hens.

I've been using this for a couple weeks now and my initial impressions are positive. I like how clean the eggs are, and I'm no longer losing eggs to egg eaters. We only have a handful of birds laying currently so until our pullets come of age I don't have a good sense of how it will perform with a larger flock yet.
Assembly wasn't too bad but I'm dinging it a star because some of the spaces you need to thread a nut in are really tight, and my hands aren't overly big for an adult male. Also, while most of the edges are smooth, the edges of the U-channel metal pieces that hold the rollaway floor are pretty sharp, I had several nice cuts by the time I was done.
I had one of my kids help me hold the initial couple pieces together and it took me about two hours to assemble and get mounted outside. The mounting is really easy, no need to hold a heavy contraption up while screwing it in like the video shows. It now comes with some brackets kind of like oversized picture frame hangers - screw those in on a level line and then the top edge of the nest box's back just hooks right on.
If I remember, I'll try and update once we have a more actively laying flock. We'll have about 30 layers going into the winter. Right now I only have 10 mature hens.
